We currently deliver to selected cities and areas within Pakistan. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location.


2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery times are usually between 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Same-day delivery may be available for selected locations and products.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


5. Failed Deliveries

If the customer is unavailable at the provided address or provides incorrect information:

  • Delivery may be delayed
  • Additional delivery charges may apply
  • Orders may be canceled without refund in certain cases involving perishable products

6. Perishable Products

Because many of our products are fresh and perishable, customers are advised to refrigerate or consume items according to the provided instructions upon delivery.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.


Refund Policy

At Jannat Treats, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of food and perishable products, refunds are handled carefully and fairly.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be provided if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged or spoiled
  • The order was not delivered
  • There was a verified quality issue

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Partially consumed products

3. Refund Request Process

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before preparation or dispatch begins. Once preparation or shipping has started, cancellation may not be possible for perishable items.
